Book online

Goal​

Book a court, a pitch, a lane or a place in a class from your phone or computer, without calling the desk.

Prerequisites​

  • The centre has opened its booking portal and given you its address.

Steps​

Your account

  1. Open the portal's address and choose Create account. Give your name, your email address and a password.
  2. Open the link in the email we send you. You cannot sign in until you have.
  3. Sign in. The Home page greets you by name.

If the desk already knows you by that email address, you are linked to your existing customer record, so your membership's prices and what it includes apply straight away. Your membership on the Home page shows it.

Book a court

  1. Choose Book a court, then what you want to book.
  2. Choose a day and press Show free times.
  3. Press a time. The page shows what it costs, or that your membership includes it.
  4. Press Book it. The booking appears under My bookings.

Book a class

  1. Choose Classes, then a centre.
  2. Choose a day and press Show classes.
  3. Press a class that has places left.

Cancel

Open My bookings and press Cancel on a booking that has not started yet.

What happens behind the scenes​

A booking made online goes through exactly the checks a booking at the desk does: opening hours, whether it is free, your membership, and the centre's booking rules. If one of them says no, the page tells you why.

You pay at the desk when you arrive. A refund for a cancellation follows the centre's cancellation policy.

Buying or renewing a membership is done at the desk.

Troubleshooting​

  • "Open the Home page first, so we can set up your account." Go to Home once, then book.
  • "Court 1 is already booked then." Somebody booked it first. Choose another time.
  • Your membership is not shown. The desk has a different email address for you. Ask them to correct it.
