What happens when your trial ends
Goal
Know exactly what you keep when a trial ends, what stops, and how long you have.
The short version
What you lose by not subscribing is progress, not your work. When the trial ends:
- You can still sign in. Every app, every table, every record is still there.
- You can read everything and export it — a solution, a spreadsheet of records, a report.
- You cannot change anything. Saving a record, creating a table, importing a solution or running a process is refused with the message This trial has ended.
- Your data is kept for 60 days. Then the environments are removed, and you are told a week before.
- Subscribing at any point in those 60 days restores everything unchanged — the same data, the same apps, the same addresses. Nothing is rebuilt.
What you see
A yellow bar under the top bar of every screen: Your trial has ended. It appears on the first sign-in after the trial's last day and disappears on the first sign-in after you subscribe.
A change you attempt is refused where you attempt it — the form shows This trial has ended rather than saving. Nothing you were looking at is lost; the screen simply does not save.
The messages you receive
Three, to every administrator of the tenant, in the language the trial was started in:
- The day the trial ends — that reading and export continue, and the date the data is kept until.
- A week before that date — the last reminder.
- The day the environments are removed — that it happened and cannot be undone.
Getting your data out
Before the date in the first message:
- Records — open a view, choose the columns you want, and use Export.
- A whole solution — an administrator opens the Admin Control Center, Solutions, and exports the solution; the package holds every table, form, view, process and report.
- Files and pictures on records download from the record they belong to.
Subscribing
Sign in to your account on parsware.com and choose a plan. The tenant is restored the moment the payment is recorded; sign in again and the yellow bar is gone.
Something did not work?
- The bar is still there after subscribing — sign out and in again. The tenant's standing travels with your sign-in, and one made before the payment still carries the old one.
- The environments were removed and you did not receive the messages — check the address the administrator's account uses, and its spam folder; the three messages come from the platform's own address and say Parsware in the sender.
